Group Training, but Personal!
We keep our class size small (with only 6 people per class), so you can receive the benefits of Personal Training at the cost of group exercise! You’ll be working out with a small group of like-minded individuals each with their own background, goals and experience, with a dedicated coach on hand to customise the workout to suit you.
